The deluxe double room with AC was perfect, and the most fantastic part was the helpful staff.

really liked staying there, i would recomand the hotel. had really great stay for six nights, the staff were helpful, location was brilliant close to great restaurants as well a & city centre. the room was reasonably spacious with ac when upgraded.

The place was very clean and had a private bathroom.

Had an excellent stay for six nights, everything was very good. the room was exceptionally clean with AC and the staff was nice. I greatly enjoyed the view over the sea from my balcony. the location was marvelous and good, being near the beach. the airport was 0.5 km away.

The staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. They were like superheroes, speaking both English and Italian effortlessly, saving the day with their language skills!

The location was amazing, with two beautiful beaches within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the host was extremely helpful and kind, allowing us to stay after check-out hours so we could enjoy the beach until the afternoon.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The double room with a balcony and sea view was quite small, and the bathroom was tiny.

This recently opened villa is perfectly situated near both beaches; a short walk will take you to the serene Dickwella beach or the vibrant Hiriketiya beach. With an array of fantastic restaurants and the city center close by, you'll have plenty of dining options and activities at your fingertips. the rooms are well-appointed, providing utmost comfort and luxury. the attentive service and delicious breakfast ensure a delightful stay. With its prime location and excellent amenities, this villa is a true gem.

There is a slight lack of outside space in some rooms.

Conveniently located between two beautiful beaches, the upper floor of this family home offers plenty of space for guests. The shared kitchen and bathroom are well-maintained. The host, Sury, is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and arranging transportation. Breakfast is delicious and the surroundings offer glimpses of nature with fruitbats, monkeys, and peacocks.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay in Dickwella. The value for money was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, close to both the peaceful Dickwella beach and the bustling Hirikeytiri beach. The staff, especially Suri and his family, were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We even got to see wild peacocks and monkeys in the garden. We'll definitely be coming back!

The morning meal could be improved by adding more variety to the breakfast options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with classic timber 4 poster beds, quality mosquito nets, and clean white sheets. The bathrooms were modern and large, with hot water. The location was excellent, with a 5-minute walk to the busy surf beach of Hiriketiya and a 2-minute walk to the quiet swimming beach of Pehebiya. The hotel had a lovely garden with monkeys jumping around. We could easily stroll to nearby restaurants in Hiriketiya or find cheap local eats and supplies in the main street of the city. The staff, especially Suri, the owner, was friendly and helpful. Suri's mother prepared the best Sri Lankan breakfast for us.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We stumbled upon this place by accident and it turned out to be a hidden gem! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast they provided after our early surf sessions was a great bonus. The authentic Italian coffee machine and expertly made espresso were a coffee lover's dream. The home-cooked meal prepared by Sury's mother and sister was a highlight, especially the stuffed calamari. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we even had the pleasure of watching monkeys in the surrounding trees. The location was ideal, with both Dikwella beach and Hiriketiya beach just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!
